Yesterday was one of those rewarding farming days because we are finally harvesting what we have grown in the garden. As I was sitting under a shade tree, shucking bushels of corn by hand, I couldn't help but notice that all of life's problems had washed away at least for the moment.
I think the Amish are on to something!
